Your responsibilitites
* The Project Quality Management team is overall responsible for the execution of the QA/QC activities in our gas turbine order projects and as the manager you will have responsibility for the staff in the team.
* You will be responsible for supporting the team, working with resource planning and process improvements.
* Together with the team you will work in interfaces to other functions (such as engineering, project management and bid preparation) to optimize ways of working and manage challenges in the order execution projects.
* The team also works in the bid preparation stage, providing budget estimations and reviewing of customer quality specifications.
* In this role you will be a key player to make sure that the quality requirements in our order projects are efficiently fulfilled and according to our customers’ expectations.

Due to increased order volumes and complexity of the order projects we are splitting the current Project Quality Team into two teams. As a result, we are now looking for a new team manager for the Project Quality Managers (PQM).
