The AR B2C team is responsible for the delivery of the bookkeeping and reporting from the Global Online Sales, Order to Cash (OTC) Process. We are responsible for the global AR B2C finance accounting solution template. This entails securing compliant, scalable and automatized solutions with regards to business development or changes in the external global markets. H&M Group continues the rapid expansion within Online Sales, this team is key to that success. Today our team is mainly located in Borås and supported by our in-house Shared Service Center in Bangalore.
Job Description

You will be given a lot of responsibility from day one and you will be working in a team together with experienced AR-Specialists.
In the role as Group Manager, you will empower our employees with the right skills and commitment to achieve our business goals and to grow within the H&M Group. You will be working in close collaboration with the Leadership Team within the function, especially within AR. You will manage and coach the team, deliver continuous feedback and ensure team development. You will be responsible for generating and ensuring accuracy of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and activities. Ensuring we have the right organization, methods, tools and resources to achieve our goals is key in this role.
Qualifications
A degree within Business Administration & Economics or similar.
Minimum 3 years’ experience from working with accounting/business process development/audit
Background from a leadership position, minimum of 2 years’ staff responsibility with proven leadership skills.
Experience of achieving results, both through your own responsibilities and by leading others.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to customize communication to different needs when training, coordinating and leading activities.
Communicative and fluent in English, both verbally and written

We believe that you are a collaborator and a true team player that likes to coach, support and help others and naturally builds cross functional networks and relationships. Experience in SAP or similar ERP system is preferred.

This is a permanent position based in Borås/Stockholm, Sweden.
