The work environment at Scania’s IT department is international and our employees are representing many different nationalities and countries. The Department Digital Workplace aims to deliver digital workplace services towards the whole Scania, enabling our colleagues globally to be creative, productive and collaborative.
The section Productivity Services is a part of the Digital Workplace department. It consists of four groups with about 40 persons in total. The group that you would be responsible for -Collaboration and Automation - has the purpose to develop and implement Share Point and Power Platform solutions.
Your role and the mission
As a Group Manager you will lead and support the group Collaboration and Automation. The group will focus on solutions based on Share Point and Power platform. The utilization of both platforms are growing rapidly and this group will make sure our solutions are based on solid ground to strengthen our team in the journey towards supporting more agile ways-of-working with a greater emphasis on creating value for the end user. We believe that our mission and the result of the work do have a great impact on the future of Scania.
Your mindset & skills
You ensure your teams’ ability by developing a self-organized team through coaching, mentoring, and feedback. You bring enthusiasm and have the ability to see people and their possibilities. You are forward thinking and will also create preconditions for the team and enable the development of innovative and cost efficient solutions and services that maximize business value. It is natural for you to create a business plan together with your organization and work on that with a clear focus. You are a great communicator with experience in bringing together multiple business partners to execute a common mission. We also believe you;
• Are a natural servant leader with a passion and understanding of agile culture, preferably in large organizations in a global context.
• Have worked in a strategic role in leading and guiding in a relevant IT area for at least 3 years with a great emphasis on creating customer and business value.
• Are knowledgeable in either Share point or have a developer background.
• Are experienced in leading people through change and something you find both inspiring and rewarding.
