We offer you an exciting position, where you will
Lead and develop a team of Service and UX Designers to secure individual competence development and performance management to meet given design targets set by the Design Directors and business owners
Work in close cooperation with design and business leadership of each business area Truck, Bus, Construction Equipment. Financial Services, Energy, Autonomous Solutions and Penta to provide and the right support to each project
Administrate and plan work assignments to drive the team´s performance
Developing and managing service design budgets and timelines
Support the overall recruitment process for the User Experience department
Develop and harmonize processes and tools to best accommodate the needs of the different business areas



Requirements
Min BA/BfA or equivalent degree in a related design or behavioral science discipline is preferred
Min 5 years of industry design experience
Documented team leader or project management experience is preferred
Full understanding of, and ability to advocate, the design process and tools
