Our vision is World class shared service Is your mission to develop processes, people and yourself?Then you might be our new Group manager for Work force administration HR Services The scope and direction of HR Services are governed by the Service Board, where the BU HR managers are participating.During the last 2 years, HR Services has developed into a well functioning shared service operation.The operations presently comprise work force administration, recruitment, internal training programs, health and rehabilitation and work environment. Work force administration Including payroll, HR-administration, compensation & benefits and HR-Direct, our self-service and telephony function for managers and employees.We are delivering approximate 9 600 payroll slips each month towards all business units in Sweden and Denmark.In HR-administration we are handling the information in our IT system SAP, providing different kinds of reports and prepare employment certificates.HR-Direct are handling all kind of questions and issues regarding human resources.HR-Direct will handle approximate 20 000 issues during a year.In compensation & benefits we are a few experts that helps the business units with different questions regarding pension and salary levels.We are 33 employees in Sweden and 4 in Denmark.For payroll, HR-administration and HR-Direct there is a team manager each, handling the operations.In Sweden we are located primarily in Stockholm but also in Ringhals, Trollhättan, Umeå, Forsmark and Luleå.In Denmark we are located in Copenhagen.During 2009 we will implement HR-Direct in Denmark and our intention is to start implement a shared service solution for payroll and HR-administration in Finland during 2010.The Assignment As Group Manager, you are responsible for developing the operations in line with the requirements from the Service Board.You make sure that the services are delivered at the right quality and within budget.You lead further development of the services in close dialogue with your own people and the business units.You ensure that the competence within your group is developed in line with the future needs of the business units.You report to the Supply Unit Manager for HR Services, and you are a member of the HR Services Management team.The position is located in Råcksta, Stockholm.Qualifications .Academic degree within relevant area, or equivalent qualifications .Solid experience from leading and developing both operations and people..Experience from working in the other Nordic countries is a desirable qualification..Fluency in Swedish and English.Knowledge in Danish and/or Finnish is a merit We are looking for an individual with .Strategic and business focus, with the ability to work towards strategic targets and at the same time be closely involved in the operations..Strong commitment to developing the services in line with Group and Nordic HR-strategies, and to supporting the Vattenfall Business Units through professional deliveries .Performance orientation and the ability to structure and prioritize when leading change .Genuine interest in leading and developing people .
