Then join our team as the Group Manager Workshop Digitalisation. We are committed to adopting a flow-oriented, customer-centric, digitalised, and lean approach to work, where data is the key to driving value.
In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of workshops by driving pro-activity, efficiency, and creating digital interfaces for a premium customer experience. As the Group Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the digital products we develop are relevant to the real needs of the markets and improve the overall customer experience.
You will lead a team of talented product owners and work closely with Scania IT to create end-to-end value in an agile structure. Our global platform will support and simplify service activities in the Scania network of dealers and workshops, enhancing the repair and maintenance journey for our end customers.
Collaborating with product owners, designers, Scania’s Service Network and process management teams, you will play a key role in developing the vision, roadmaps, and strategic alignment of our products. You will oversee the alignment of user needs and be involved in each sprint and increment, ensuring that we deliver exceptional products that meet our customers' expectations.
To excel in this role, you should be energetic, a team player and naturally take ownership. You should have a good understanding of agile mindset, OKRs, and servant leadership. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in leading technical teams and implementing solutions. Familiarity with design thinking, solution architecture, APIs, and platform thinking will be highly valued. Previous experience in the service process is also a merit.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required for this position, and knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus. Some travel may be required.
