Group Marketing Coordinator

We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to our Group Marketing and Communications department, who will support the Marketing and Communications team in marketing and communications matters.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be working as a generalist who collaborates with the marketing and communications team to ensure that each project gets the resources it needs to succeed. The role also handles communication and coordinate tasks with different stakeholders within the company and outside to keep momentum in marketing and communications activities and support business objectives. You will work with operative tasks, support in making plans and tactics, coordinating events and administrative work, and creating content and PR tasks. You are also responsible for running your projects from plan to result and follow up.

Key tasks for the role:

- Coordinate and run our Social Media channels
- Create content, gather statistics, and develop reports for digital channels
- Support the web development and daily work on the websites
- Develop content and support in managing the intranet
- Support in research of eg. trends, statistics, current topics, PR etc.
- Support in managing Google Analytics, Search Console etc.
- Communication towards our Business Units and other stakeholders
- Planning and coordinating company events
- Administrative tasks and work, such as follow ups and planning etc.
- Writing articles and other content
- Project lead and coordinate projects
- Support in PR and activation


We think you have minimum 2 years of experience from a similar role, where you have been supporting different markets with great results!

In addition, you:

- Are a generalist, knows a little about a lot
- Have great project management skills
- Are a good writer and communicator
- Have a positive mindset with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Are supportive, service minded and solution-oriented
- Are creative and have an eye for details
- Have good English communications skills in speech and writing
- Like to work with high speed and has easy to take instructions
- Have the ability to work with structure to coordinate, plan and prioritize between projects and tasks
- Have ability to build networks and communicate with the organization

This is a substitute role during a parental leave, covering June 1, 2021 to September 2022. We look forward to receiving your application in English as soon as possible, but no later than May 11.
