Job Description -
We are looking for Group Operations Manager - Open Shift Platforms.
Responsibilities
You will perform value addition activities (CIP and SIP) and implement strategies to improve productivity.
You will implement Profit Implement Plan (PIP), review Budget vs. Actual Cost and analyse the deviation to plan strategies to reduce deviation through levers like Automation and self-driven initiatives.
Ensure retention of accounts that are due for renewal or maintain high level of customer satisfaction (ACSAT)
Ensure that all responsibilities and project deliverables are completed within SLAs through effective team management and monthly reviews.
Identify attrition percentage in accounts and take up initiatives to reduce the same.
Experience
Hands-on experience on OpenShift Admin skills
Should have skills on OpenShift installation, configuration, performing post tasks
Monitoring the environment using Grafana, configuring Prometheus alerts
Renewing SSL certificates, Openshift cluster upgrade and troubleshoot the day-to-day issues
OpenShift migration skills, must have deep analysis to do RCA for incidents
Experience on Docker, Podman, crictl, GitHub, container technology, terraform and ansible, Azure cloud, Argocd
Azure basic skills like VM creation, LB, NSG, storage account , subscription, resource group etc
Good troubleshooting skills on OpenShift infrastructure and Kubernetes environments
Able to write YAML playbook, understanding helm charts, good automation skills
Good understand of Agile, scrum methodology, incident handling skills, problem and change management skills
Knowledge on GitOps, able to understand end to end tasks related to OpenShift
Able to perform backup and recovery of OpenShift
Understanding of OpenShift resources like stateful sets, deployment, builds, networking, storage, daemon sets, replication controllers etc
IBM Cloud Pack for application is added advantage
