Group Governance and Policy Management, ZCG, is an executive management resource with the objective to support Scania´s CEO, the Scania Executive Board and the Corporate Unit managers in policy management to set the direction of our normal situation at Scania. The overall responsibilities include management of Scania Group Policies , and involvement throughout the process of policy work within Scania and collaboration with TRATON and Volkswagen regarding TRATON and Volkswagen Group Policies. The team supports in policy formulation, decision and implementation.
The function is a part of Governance, Risk and Compliance (ZC). You will in your position report to Head of Group Governance and Policy Management (ZCG).
Job description
We are now looking for a Group Policy Specialist who would like to contribute to the success and profitability of Scania. In the position you will work in close cooperation with policy owners and creators as well as management teams all over Scania.
Beside the group policy work you will serve as the responsible for developing Scania Integrity Perception Workshops, based on our core values, and guiding the organisation how to proceed.
A third task is to coordinate Scania’s efforts in the Volkswagen improvement program called Together for Integrity, T4I.
You will gain an overall understanding of Scania and how the company is managed at different levels and a broad understanding of Scania´s different units. You will develop a wide network stretching across the entire company. The work is carried out in close cooperation with the Executive Board and different parts of the Scania organisation. You will work closely together with other functions within Governance, Risk and Compliance (ZC).
Your profile
You are an experienced colleague with a strong passion for the Scania business culture. We think that you have good writing and editorial skills. High integrity and ability to communicate with top management as well as all parts of our organisation. Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are qualifying.
You probably have an academic degree, and experience from business development. We also believe that you have a great talent for understanding the bigger picture while at the same time understanding the importance of the details. We would like you to continue developing your passion together with us.
