What you’ll do
We are looking for a Group Product Manager Assisted Online Shopping who takes responsibility to continuously enhance the integrated, assisted omnichannel shopping experience for our customers. You develop the group product strategy and define product roadmaps that include experiences, features, capabilities and tools based on an integrated understanding of customer behavior, business direction, anticipated market trends and technology opportunities.

This is a leadership role within Global Online Experience, and you will oversee a group of 4-5 high-performing Product Managers and teams that are steered in partnership with an engineering manager and a design lead. By giving guidance and strategic direction you will deliver excellence from your Product Managers.

Assisted Shopping is a critical area in the online shopping experience on volvocars.com and you will take ownership of the delivery of a connected digital shopping experience at our physical retail stores as well. By planning and implementing an array of assisted commerce solutions your teams will allow us to engage with shoppers online and get them closer to the in-store experience through conversation, listening to consumers and iterating on their needs with the ambition to deliver a seamlessly connected, industry-leading assisted shopping experience.

You and your skills
You are a customer-obsessed leader for your digital product area, and accountable for its success. You have a passion for the customer and ideally have a background in creating user experiences that are best-in-class, advocating user research, experimentation, and data-driven approach. We also believe that you have an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by commercial success. The Online Direct Business is a key strategic growth area of Volvo Cars and our ambitions are big. An important part of the role is therefore to enable continued growth within your product area by identifying the need of, and scaling up, new teams where needed. 

* 5+ years Product Management leading consumer-facing products experiences
* Proven track record of successfully implementing new concepts or programs in a fast-paced, digital retail environment
* Skilled at leading, influencing and developing cross-functional matrixed teams to successfully deliver against multi-track roadmaps
* Possess strong decision making and prioritization skills
* Ability to think end-to-end, and champion the digital experience but also understand the entire customer journey including Retail Stores 
* Excellent communicator, you are used to interacting with a wide set of stakeholders and getting buy-in for your ideas and roadmaps

Preferably HQ Gothenburg or Stockholm
