Career Group Sverige AB are searching for a Group Project Manager Demand Management & Outbound Logistics About the Job In order to further strengthen our Supply Chain team we are now looking for a Project Manager Demand Management & Outbound Logistics.Changes to the Thule Group organization with increased focus on the Supply Chain questions create a need for resources to lead and support improvement initiatives to achieve a competitive level of performance in an efficient supply chain.As Project Manager within the company you will work closely with our four Business Areas to improve our performance in the following areas Demand Management Order allocation and FGI Distribution Logistics Warehouse Management Transport Optimization In addition to leading the improvement initiatives, you will also do evaluations and assessments to define the next improvement steps, ensure that Thule Group gain knowledge of new methods/technology and market development within the working area and as well follow up that implemented improvements are continuing to generate results.The position reports to the Company s Group's Senior Vice President Supply Chain and is based in Malmö.Frequent travels will be part of the work.You have an academic degree and experience as a first line manager in material management, logistics or sales back-office.Additionally you have worked with warehouse management and consumer goods distribution, ERP knowledge and experience and documented success from process improvements projects.Fluent in English and with excellent communication skill in order to well manage the interpersonal relationships within the various projects is a key success factor.Ability to apply natural and authentic leadership to ensure motivation and enthusiasm amongst the project teams is also skills we will be looking for.You will work in a company with an exciting and dynamic environment.The pace is high but focused thus it is possible to combine a professional career with a balanced life with time for family and an active spare time.
