Group Reporting Controller

Saab is looking for a Group Reporting Controller with great logical and analytical skills, who wants to work in an international environment at a growing company with increased business complexity where you as an employee will be given great responsibility and development opportunities.

Your role

You will be an important part of the group accounting team, Group Reporting & Accounting Principles. Our areas of responsibility include financial analysis, control and reporting for the Group and that the accounting principles for the Group and Group companies are consistent with relevant standards and regulations.

We give you who is interested in accounting and financial reporting the opportunity to work at a complex and high level in these areas. As an international listed company, Saab complies with IFRS and you will work with issues in that area. Your focus in the team will be to work with various qualified consolidated accounting activities and analyses. You will also be an important player in the preparation of Saab's consolidated financial statements including external interim and annual reports as well as internal management reports.

There are many development opportunities in the team and at Saab. You will be given the opportunity to influence and develop your role and the focus of your work.

The work involves close contacts with other parts of Group Finance and with the finance functions of the business areas of Saab.

Your profile

You are confident with your accounting and financial reporting skills where experience from group accounting is preferable. Your experience could include external audit and/or a controller role within a group accounting function. You are structured, dependable and have excellent logical and analytical problems solving skills.



We are looking for someone who takes the initiative and acts on unresolved issues, who takes responsibility for its tasks and who structures and drives processes further. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are analytical and enjoy working towards deadlines. You can work independently but you are also a good team player.

You have a bachelor or master's degree in business administration or economics and have several years experience of working with accounting and / or auditing. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both English and Swedish.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

What you will be a part of

You will be part of the Group Reporting and Accounting Principles team at Group Finance, reporting to the Head of Group Reporting and Accounting Principles. The team consists of six professionals.

This role is located in Linköping. The team is characterized by professionalism, a high level of co-operation and ability to take individual responsibility for ones tasks.
