Group Reporting Manager
As Lynk & Co have just launched and we are starting up our sales operations in seven markets in Europe we are looking for a group reporting manager who will take responsibility for group financial reporting.

You will play a key role in developing Lynk & Co's consolidation and reporting platform to support European growth, establishing controls and processes for reporting, accounting and taxes.

The position will require extensive contact with different position within Group Finance, business operations, external auditors and our service provider for accounting and reporting services in Europe. In this role you will actively work to improve and streamline accounting and reporting for the group. You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, collaborative environment and can get the job done

What you'll do

- Overall responsible for Group Consolidation and Reporting including all related processes serving subsidiaries in Europe.

- Be the owner of the Group Accounting and Reporting Guidelines
- Ensure standards and policies are adhered to and internal controls are in place in accordance with IFRS and local gaap
- Assist in the implementation of streamlined financial processes
- Play a key role in the preparation of Statutory Accounts including liaising with the auditors and tax team in order to get financial flow up and running in all markets.
- Provide accounting advice, oversight and support to team


What you should have

- Several years of experience in external financial reporting and IFRS

- Group consolidation knowledge and reporting process experience from a European market.
- Experience of financial management accounting and analysis in a corporate environment in a multi-site commercial business.
- Positive, flexible and solution driven personality to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast paced, highly demanding work environment
- Great communications skills both verbal and written in English
- We also appreciate if you have hands on experience from SAP as ERP tool.
