Group Sales are responsible for making sure Academic Work Sales have the systems, processes, and trainings in order to secure development in every market. As a Group Sales Assistant you will be assisting and involved in various projects on international level. You will get to know Academic Work from a strategic perspective while growing your interpersonal skills and knowledge within organizational and process development.
OM TJÄNSTEN
The Group Sales team consists of our Group Sales Director, Head of Sales Management, Head of Key Account Management, Head of Contract, three International Business Area Managers and one Group Sales Assistant based in Sweden. Our team is characterized as experienced, business driven ambitious and curious. We work closely together with Head of Sales and local Sales specialists in all our countries. We strive to give the best support to all Academic Works´ offices on a national and international level, often through project-based initiatives.
We are now recruiting a new assistant to support our team since our existing sales assistant end her studies after being with us for almost three years. As Group Sales Assistant, you will be helping the team in various projects and initiatives and work closely together with Head of Sales Management, mostly within the area of sales process, digital sales tools and learning & development. This position will allow you to work with a variety of tasks in a strategic, digital and international environment.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Conduct pre-studies and collect other relevant information for our team’s projects.
* Assist in ongoing international projects
* Update and/or write Best Practice articles.
* Update and create training material in PowerPoint and internal tools to be used in all countries.
* Proactively working with the usage of the digital sales tools used in all markets.
The purpose of your position is to help Academic Work move towards a more digital sales process, innovate new ways of following up and lead our sales force towards our strategic goals. In this position you will work with facilitating digital sales tools and trainings within them as well as conducting pre-study analyses and supporting the different markets in various ways.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (Preferably within business or similar)
* You have at least one year left of your studies (Preferably more than 1,5 years left)
* Available to work 1-2 days a week
* Fluent in Swedish, written and in speech
* Working proficiency in English, written and in speech

* Have worked or are currently working at Academic Work
* Have experience from working in or with a sales organization
