About this opportunity
As Competence Change Lead you will have a highly visible role, providing in-depth insights and mentorship for the competence development across the global supply organization. This role gives the opportunity to be part of an impactful, global, dynamic team driving innovation and sustainable technology leadership within a highly competitive market. You will join the Strategy, Performance and Program Office unit in Strategy & Process.

What you will do
Drive the Competence Program in Group Supply
Lead Competence Drivers community within Supply & work in cross functional teams to secure adoption and operational impact
Lead Change by focusing on key competence areas,
Contribute to our digital transformation journey in Supply and Ericsson
Play a key role in execution of our global supply strategy by driving competence and knowledge development, including proactively recognizing trends, business needs as well adhering to Ericsson over-all competence development strategy
Drive competence development performance measurements


You will bring
We believe you have a passion for competence development, are a people person and a strong leader that bring new insights to the table, always with a positive mentality that attract change, inclusion and forward looking. You value collaboration and straight forward communication. You thrive in a global environment where you are constantly looking for possibilities to develop.
You have approximately 5 years of working experience, for example within training, competence development and follow-up up, driving transformation projects. Good overall understanding of how Ericsson Supply organization works is an advantage.
