We offer you the opportunity to shape a brand new role, in close cooperation with us. You will report to the Head of Group Controlling and work closely with the sustainability team.
Since this is a new position, we want you to be involved in designing its content. Together with consultants and management you will build up the processes and set the framework. You will plan, follow up and analyze goals and key figures in the area of sustainability. You will also ensure efficient, qualitative reporting and accounting in accordance with stakeholder requirements. You will support the business when it comes to evaluating various sustainability initiatives, as well as participating in the improvement work.
Who are we looking for?
To thrive and succeed in this role you have experience from a similar role, or several years of experience within audit or business control. You show both a great understanding and potential in developing the field of sustainability. You are methodical as well as analytical, with excellent organizational skills in delivering on time and with superior quality. A very good ability to cooperate is a prerequisite for achieving effective follow-up, based on the business's needs and conditions. You probably have a University degree in Economics/Business Administration. Strong communication skills are desirable, and you are fluent in oral and written English as well as Swedish.
