We are looking for a person, with a passion for Sustainability, to join our Core Corporate Function Sustainability & Innovation, based at Skanska Group headquarter in Stockholm. The function consists of ten persons, and the role is part of the Sustainability Management and Reporting Team. Job description
This is a strategic role that contributes to the development of Sustainability as a key strategic area for Skanska, closely connected to our business and offering. Sustainability is core to our values and brand, thereby contributing to the competitiveness and attractiveness of our company. In this role you will contribute to the follow up of Sustainability performance on Group and Business Unit level. It also means being part of the team to prepare and draft the annual Sustainability report and follow up on data of Skanska sustainability performance. You will also be involved in the strategic development as well as strengthening Business Units and Group´s sustainability management, reporting and performance. Finally, this role will take part in the functions work to ensure impact of sustainability managements systems, and sustainability disclosures in line with requirements in external frameworks and regulations.
Main assignment
* Active part in the core team of the internal and external Sustainability reporting;disclosures on relevant KPIs, reporting processes/tools and follow up of performance as well as continuous improvement and development of the reporting practice.
* Part of the work to ensure quality and efficiency in the Group's Sustainability reporting and follow up, aligned to the major international frameworks as GRI, GHG protocol and SASB.
* Active part in developing and follow up the sustainability related impact, management systems, roadmaps, policies, standards and procedures
* Sustainability targets and performance measurement follow-up
* Contribute to expertise and analyzes within the sustainability impact
* On occasion be responsible to lead development projects for best practice, knowledge sharing, following trends and development.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background from numerical analysis and reporting. You are used to produce professional numerical presentations and always strive to develop and improve the way it is done. Preferably you have experience from working with several markets and internationally. Relevant university degree and good communication-skills in English is required. Knowledge and experience from internationally recognized sustainability reporting frameworks and implementation of Sustainability policy, standards and procedures is a strong merit.
You have a proactive mindset, strong analytical and numerical skills and good organizational understanding. As a person, you are committed, solution-focused and positive. Your approach is structured, and you have an outstanding ability to see the overall picture without missing out on the details. You are curious,enjoy teamwork and do not hesitate to take lead whenever needed.
