GROUP SUSTAINABILITY SUPER USER

WHO YOU ARE
You have a passion for sustainability and a good understanding about how to become People Planet Positive through the right data and tools. Motivation for you is when you can create a spirit of change and when you are improving the business by working with relevant stakeholders and IT to deliver better sustainability systems, specifically with the SoFi sustain system. By this, you know that your efforts help people in making their work more meaningful, easier and less time consuming. You act and think with a “holistic” view and love it when you can be pro-active.


You are good at self-management, planning and organising. You put the customer and business in focus as well as always looking for improvements. Your strong drive and problem-solving approach will be of great support when changes need to be done. If you must take tough decisions regarding IT systems – it’s not a problem for you. We also would need you, who act as an ambassador for the impact that IT systems can make and like togetherness. You love conducting training and passing knowledge to others.


To be successful as a Group Sustainability Super User you also need:


• in depth experience in the “SoFI” sustain system
• System thinking to be able to translate business needs into solutions
• understanding of People Planet Positive


Of course, you are a true ambassador for the IKEA culture and values.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Global Sustainability Super User is responsible to secure the continuous development and representation of sustainability in the relevant business solutions, as well as to represent and support co-workers who use these sustainability solutions (including both systems and processes) in their daily work. You will together with the Digital Solution Owner, and their teams, form the Solution Network for a given solution.


In this role you will be speaking partner for changes to the solution and will provide the business view in the development of the business solutions to ensure that solutions are based on business needs. You will also be the key communication link for the business organisation and the connection between the Solution Owner / Process Developer and the users of the solution.


Amongst many tasks you will be responsible to/for:


• ensure that the changes are implemented and used in a correct way in the business to ensure that maximum value is gained, and users are using the solution correctly.
• the validation of the new or changed business solutions before they are implemented to ensure that the changes fit with business needs.
• ensure that business needs are covered in the quality assurance of the business solution to ensure that the requirements have been fulfilled.
• ensure that the users have training in the solution to be able to perform their job assignments.
• make sure the training materials and content are accurate, and up to date.
• dealing with user requests that are escalated from Helpdesk or go directly to superuser


This position is in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to Sustainability Analyst & Impact Manager.
