Are you up for a transformative journey? Great! Do you want to be part of the team working with implementing and developing our ONE People System (Human Capital Management System, HCM) within Stena Line Group.
We are looking for a Group System Specialist to join our great agile team that is a part of People Transformation within the People and Communications function.
Your main mission will be to make sure the ONE People System is maintained and developed according to the governance routines. You will assist in system configuration, always with the business and end users best in mind. Be prepared both for the planned but also for the unexpected. In the future it is also possible that you will be working with additional products within People Transformation.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Stena IT Support, supplier support organization as well as Local System Specialists to achieve an effective support chain and great customer experience by resolving IT support tickets in a timely and quality assured manner.
- Plan and execute trainings live or via short film clips.
- Engaging Local System Specialists; such as yearly update meetings, networking and open sessions for system support.
- Be responsible for competence development in ONE People system, the ONE People System core team, with new features in implemented functionality and learn for other customers in the Nordic Talentsoft Network.
- Create and update system documentation.
- Follow-up the data quality checks done by our HR colleagues in our different regions.

You have a great ability to work in a team. Working agile and able to prioritize according to business needs is key.
In this role your ability to handle administrative tasks in a structured, detail-oriented way with the bigger picture in mind will be vital. If you are all about giving great support to the business and add value you might be the perfect candidate!
Qualifications:
- High School/University degree
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Experience from working as Superuser, in IT implementation projects or as a business analyst
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Previous experience from HR processes such as onboarding, recruiting, learning, performance and talent management.
- Knowledge in IT such as understanding of data import and integrations is highly valued.
- Multilingualist – fluent in other languages
- Intercultural competence – experience of leading and cooperating with people of different cultural backgrounds
