Group Tax Manager
Embracer is an exciting company that is rapidly expanding. The number of investments has increased as well as the volume of transactions, and the structure of the Group is getting more complex and diversified. Following the increased level of financial and legal complexity of the group as well as the increased international exposure, Embracer’s Management and Group Finance Function sees a need to strengthen the organisation and establish an inhouse tax management position.
Until now, tax matters for the Group have been handled in cooperation with designated external consultants. Thus, this is a new role giving its holder a unique opportunity to shape the role, to set the strategy and to manage the execution of tax matters within the Group.
As Group Tax Manager you will hold the overall responsibility to deliver high quality and efficient tax activities to Embracer Group. You need to be able to work with different verticals efficiently, communicate tax related matters and policies to a wide variety of management and operational personnel as well as external advisors. You will be involved in the budget planning process and be responsible for supporting and reporting to the Group CFO or any other relevant stakeholder how the Group is impacted by the effective tax rate for each jurisdiction.

• Local Swedish compliance for the parent company
• Group transfer pricing policies and structure
• International tax, strategy & controversy
• M&A and integration
• Group compliance
Experience and qualifications:
• University degree in Taxation, Accounting or Law
• Minimum of 5-8 years relevant experience working with corporate tax, indirect tax and/or transfer pricing
• Experience in working in an international organisation
• Experience in working with due diligence processes and integration aspects
