Group Technical Manager As Technical Manager on group level your task will be to facilitate successful shopping centre development and operations by gathering and sharing expertise, develop group strategies and standards.The assignment has a great focus on Health and Safety as well as long term environmental implications within your field of expertise.As a specialist you will support and advise the organisation on technical issues.Furthermore you will support on life safety systems and maintenance requirements. As Technical Manager you will be an invitee in our cross border Property Management group as well as project reference groups, and you will be the chairman of the Facility Management group.You will be responsible for initiating activities to gather and transfer know-how and good practice regarding technical solutions, facilities and operations throughout the group.The role includes being responsible for carrying out technical aspects of audit inspections at our shopping centres, report findings and propose solutions.You will set standard requirements for the technical staff and support organisation on technical relevant recruitment and training.You have vast experience from technical consultancy in the fields of mechanical, electrical, HVAC or controls.You probably have a university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. As a person you are not only a specialist within your field, but also a true team player.You have good skills in English both verbally and in writing.Strong co-operation and communication skills across cultural borders are important and you share and feel inspired by our values as a natural part of the assignment.You are offered an exciting job in a highly professional and inspiring international environment.
