Group Trade Compliance Manager

Your team
In this position you will be reporting to Group Compliance, Epiroc Group.
Your mission
In this role you will be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes as well as geopolitical risks and propose changes to Group Polices and templates. You will also chair a trade compliance forum with participation of the regional trade compliance team members and for instance:
• Provide guidance to the regional trade compliance team members on Group Policy requirement.
• Promote knowledge sharing throughout between the regional trade compliance team members.
• Inform of regulatory changes on the global level, changes in geopolitical risks and trends.
• Collect information on trade compliance status per reporting template from the regional trade compliance team members and discuss appropriate corrective actions.
Your profile
You are a trade compliance professional with extensive experience, and specific understanding of trade compliance. Bachelor's degree and knowledge and usage of trade compliance tools and software is preferred. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong project management capability and have ability to work independently and exercise judgment to make reasoned decisions. You are also effective in relationship management, have strong influencing skills and have strong research and analytic capabilities. You work collaboratively and provide support and guidance as needed.
Location and travel
This position is located in Sickla close to Stockholm City, Sweden. Occasional travel is required. In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply.
