About the role
Currently we’re scaling up our marketing team in Helsingborg and are looking for a wine lover and foodie Digital Marketing Manager, who wants to contribute to transforming Wineally into a leading global brand in the wine and food industry.
We are growing at a fast pace and as the Digital Marketing Manager you will be the driving force to accelerate our global growth working closely with our Creative Director and SoMe Manager - a real Wineally veteran who’s been around since day one. You will increase Wineally’s market presence and market activity by planning, creating, implementing and executing our digital marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for setting goals, budget, monitoring, evaluation and reporting on activities.
The ideal candidate is a multifaceted digital specialist with a passion for wine, food, marketing and tech, used to the scale up environment in a similar industry. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in performance-based marketing.
The main workplace is our head office in Helsingborg. We believe that you live in or around Helsingborg.
Areas of responsibility
- Digital marketing analysis and strategy
- Publish marketing activities
- SEO, SEM and Conversion optimization (CRO)
- Target group analysis and retargeting
- Work data-driven by collecting, analysing and evaluating data to optimise and streamline digital communication/marketing
- Define and follow-up on our marketing KPI:s and activities
- Collaborating with the sales team for maximum outcome from digital marketing communication
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices within the field
Example of tasks
- Paid social - Set up and develop campaigns for advertising in relevant channels
- Paid and organic search - Google Ads and SEO
- Create reports based on relevant statistics using Google Analytics and Power BI
Who are you?
You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager. It is a big plus if you have worked in an entrepreneurial international scale-up environment with a digital business idea (preferably in wine or food).
You have relevant education in digital marketing. You have strong technical skills and understanding of digital marketing, and are well versed in the digital tools, platforms and social channels. You are used to building a sustainable and cost-effective marketing automation strategy to create digital growth. It is a plus if you also have experience working with graphic design, copy and content creation, and are comfortable with working in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, dimension and Word Press.
Since we are a global scale-up it is imperative that you can communicate fluently both written and spoken in English and are a strong communicator. It is a plus if you are fluent in other languages such as Swedish, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Danish or Dutch. It is a given that you have strong computer skills and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
You are result driven and thrive in an environment in constant change. You take ownership and are structured while having the ability to work independently. You are also a master at time management and execute your agenda efficiently. You are used to creating and managing a budget, setting goals and data analysis including reporting.

Salary and Benefits
