ABOUT ACAMP
Acamp, a small, diverse company with staff from seven different nationalities, including former Apple and Spotify personnel and MIT students, was founded in the early summer of 2020. With the help of their hosts, Acamp is creating a market for authentic experiences by letting local landowners and small businesses rent out vacant property to those looking for a place to camp.
Acamp is working to digitize the European market in order to expand the outdoor recreation sector's business potential.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will join Acamp in this position as their growth lead, which means you will play a significant part in collaborating with the founders to support Acamp's continued success. You take the lead when making strategic decisions about user growth, iterating and launching measurable growth initiatives based on your concepts and inventiveness to make a difference.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years' previous work experience in digital marketing
- Have an analytical, creative, and data-driven mindset
- Have worked with digital products - industry knowledge from e-commerce or marketplace businesses is a plus.
- Want to be operating in a fast pace early start-up.
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Fluent in English - speaking Swedish or German is a plus
