Arbetsbeskrivning
Are you someone who wants to make the world a better place - not content to work for yet another company the world doesn't need? We’re looking for a smart, driven, and hard-working growth marketer to take our team to the next level.
Our mission
Diet Doctor is a health company that aims to empower people everywhere to dramatically improve their health. We focus on lifestyle interventions - not medication or surgery.
What are the important components of a healthy lifestyle for those with obesity or type 2 diabetes? How can people implement this lifestyle in a sustainable way?
Currently, no major health organization in the world has an effective answer. We aim to change that. We are already the #1 low-carb and keto website in the world, and are hard at work expanding our offerings so that we can help as many people as possible.
Progress
- We’re the #1 low-carb and keto site in the world.
- We’re fully funded by our members, which means we don't need to show any ads or sell any physical products.
- We attract about 5 million monthly visits, have 73,000+ paying members, and 60+ employees (from 20+ different nationalities).
- We're among the top 5 nutrition websites in the world ranked on Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/dietdoctor.com), and have strong Glassdoor (https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Diet-Doctor-Reviews-E2389502.htm) ratings.
Our culture
At Diet Doctor, we aim to always live our four company values: trustworthiness, simplicity, inspiration, and goodness. Few things in life are as exciting and rewarding as working toward meaningful change alongside other like-minded people.
We believe building a team of top performers - who live by our values and get great things done fast - will significantly increase our ability to make rapid progress toward our purpose.
The challenge
Diet Doctor’s next step is to become the #1 weight loss service in the world. The challenge for you as a growth marketer is to help us succeed - taking our paid marketing to the next level. You will play an important role on Diet Doctor's journey, increasing the pace of growth by acquiring more new members.
What you'll do
- development and execution of customer acquisition strategy globally via paid channels (initially Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads)
- ensuring all paid marketing campaign work undertaken is driving toward overall business goals
- monitor and analyze campaign/channel quality
- oversee investment allocation to reach business performance KPIs
- develop an effective optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance
- analyze reports to extract insights and transform those insights into actionable changes that will accelerate growth and increase efficiency.
What's in it for you?
- Meaningful work: Lead all our paid marketing initiatives, enabling us to empower millions of people all over the world.
- Meaningful relationships: Be part of a massively driven, ambitious, and kind culture filled with people who want to do good in the world. We try to optimize happiness by keeping track of employee satisfaction (Officevibe), using a minimalist workflow process (Trello), minimizing meetings, and allowing for long uninterrupted blocks of work.
- Rapid growth: We'll give you lots of responsibility, as well as the support you need to do great things and learn fast. We urge you to keep growing; the company will happily pay for courses or conferences you want to attend.
- Great compensation: We offer market-level salary, overtime pay, office bonuses, and the chance to own a meaningful part of the company through our employee stock-offering plan.
Who you are
You have:
- previous experience with an in-house performance-marketing team or performance-marketing agency.
- experience working with performance KPIs, and a clear understanding of metrics relationships and causes in the performance changes.
- experience working with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- strong proficiency with data (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modeling) and a strong analytical mindset.
- belief in the importance of our values: trustworthiness, simplicity, inspiration and goodness.
- a strong desire to do something meaningful.
- excellent written and spoken English.
You:
- love to work independently and get things done fast with consistently high quality.
- thrive in a fast-paced and unstructured environment. You're a strong storyteller and you build cases with data.
