As our Growth marketing Lead, you are passionate about music, and excited by the creative challenges of building our brand, and driving strategic sales to thousands of musicians in over 50 countries. Our team is a tight, cross functional group that brings the most innovative digital drumming products to our global customer base of musicians and creative enthusiasts.
Your responsibility will be to develop our growth strategy together with the team and lead it’s implementation. This involves working directly with leadership and being very metric driven.
The role requires a mid level to senior individual who is highly creative, willing to experiment, yet not afraid to roll up their sleeves and direct creative teams, nor dive into the data. The ability to zoom out and understand the unique challenges of creating highly technical products for artists, producers, and musicians of all levels is a must.
The majority for the marketing will be directed to social media. It is critical that you are able to relocate to Malmö and have unrestricted work rights to work in Sweden.
What you’ll do
Lead the development of Freedrum’s overall marketing strategy.
Take responsibility for digital marketing channels, and bring a deep understanding of growth and optimisation best practices.
Plan and execute digital campaigns across channels, including leading content creation and copy.
Ensure consistency across our channels and website.
Build an internal marketing team and hire external partners.

Qualifications and Experience
Masters or Bachelors degree in marketing or business administration.
4+ years of work experience, with growth marketing and user acquisition experience or another data-driven and impact-oriented role at a high-growth company
