THE POSITION
As a Growth Marketing Manager at TeamEngine, you will be responsible for all the marketing activities for Sweden, United Kingdom and Germany. At TeamEngine you have the chance to build a new marketing department and drive the company forward with marketing strategies, communication, social media channels and marketing data.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing a marketing strategy. You will be working closely with the CEO, sales and administration team. You will have the opportunity to be an influence in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced organization. This role suits those who want to take the next step in their career with the opportunity to build and develop a marketing department.
YOU WILL PRIMARILY WORK WITH:
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies
- Producing marketing campaigns
- Writing and creating content such as; product text and campaign emails
- Using collected data to mapp customer journeys
- Analysing and reporting results
- Creating landing pages and other marketing activities
- Managing and running social media channels

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years experience with B2B marketing
- Experience working with marketing automation
- Experience working with SaaS-companies
- Relevant university degree
- Experience with planning new marketing strategies
- Experience with creating ads, building leads and landing pages
