You have knowledge in following areas:
· ​​Senior experience in consumer-facing business.
· ​Proven experience from senior leadership role(s).
· ​Experience from a global organisation, leading in a complex business environment with physical and digital operations and development.
· ​Proven experience in building large scale networks and collaborations.
· ​Excellent stakeholder management skills.
· ​Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
· ​Extensive knowledge of IKEA Brand, culture & values.​
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role as Growth & Marketing Manager you are responsible to lead the Growth and Marketing of global Ingka to create customer demand, engagement and loyalty with the IKEA brand by amplifying the commercial offer. ​
You take the lead in developing and transforming the Ingka commercial recipe in holding, translating our growth plan to a how to for our markets to use in driving traffic to IKEA and acquiring new customers and therefor positioning IKEA.
Furthermore, you are driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered to deliver extraordinary growth and customer experience in today’s omnichannel reality.
Your specific key tasks and responsibilities are:
· ​​Accountable for the development agenda of the Retail Area, defining the roadmap for strategic and operational business opportunities. Lead development in alignment with other Retail Areas, development assignments for IKEA and Ingka’s development agenda.
· ​Accountable for end-to-end business continuity, preconditions for operational excellence and outcomes within the Retail Area. Take a holistic IKEA Retail and IKEA value chain approach and secure relevant collaborations and low-cost.
· ​Accountable for the matrix(s) to the countries for the Retail Area, enabling and empowering the countries to optimize customer and co-worker experience, create profitable growth and positive impact.
· ​Accountable for full omnichannel integration connected to the Retail Area, securing digital and service elements are strong and integrated throughout. Accountable to secure the Retail Area is working and evolving in full alignment with the totality of our business.
· ​Lead with IKEA values and develop a competent and high performing team to strongly contribute to the objectives and goals. Contribute as member in Retail Management, lead the Retail Area Management team and act as member in steering groups, councils, and boards, across IKEA organisations, to support the overall business and people agenda.​
This role is a permanent contract and is located in Malmö, Sweden.
