Who are we looking for?
As we are growing, we are looking for a GROWTH MARKETING SPECIALIST in Stockholm to strengthen our Business Development team. You will work with the Finnish marketing team, but you also have Swedish colleagues in Stockholm office and several team members located across multiple locations.
We also offer great remote work possibilities. The employment is full-time and permanent with a flexible starting date, but we are happy to welcome you to the team as soon as possible.

What does your tasks include?
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will have a significant role of being in responsible for planning and creating Swedish marketing materials like blog posts and digital marketing campaigns. Our marketing and sales departments work in close collaboration, and therefore, you will have a great opportunity to work closely with our sales & marketing professionals and strengthen your knowledge in both areas. In addition to marketing related tasks the position also includes prospecting and profiling of target customers, creating and developing sales materials and updating the CRM system. You will utilize various tools such as HubSpot, WordPress and social media (organic and paid channels). We also offer you a chance to participate in developing and improving our marketing and sales processes. You will report to our Communication and Marketing Director.

What skills will help you to succeed in this position?
The person we are looking for is a strong marketing professional with experience in inbound marketing and lead generation. We also value previous experience of collaborating with sales functions. You have preferably at least two years’ experience in B2B marketing. You are passionate about producing high quality content for different channels with a sharp visual eye and with a strong capability to “put yourself in the customer shoes”. You are eager to further develop your skills and have a strong commitment to delivering excellent marketing materials and high-performing campaigns. As an employee you are used to working independently but also have great co-operation skills, and you are happy to support your colleagues and share your knowledge.
At Staria we are also constantly developing our services with the help of systems like HubSpot marketing automation and therefore we also expect you to have excellent IT skills and the ability to learn and adopt new systems and methods. To be successful in this position, you need native level/ fluent skills both in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Our customers are operating all over the world, and therefore, we also highly value other language skills. We also consider knowledge in Norwegian and Finnish as an advantage, however this is not a requirement.
