The function Billing & Payment
The Billing & Payment team is a shared function, consisting of 14 Billing & Payment professionals located in Stockholm and Warsaw. The team is responsible for Group-wide client invoicing and payments to our partners and professionals. Working with large volumes in this highly paced environment requires collaboration, quick adaption to changes and a delivery with high-quality in a timely manner.
The role as Billing & Payment Manager
As the Manager of this team, you are responsible for overseeing the invoicing and payments to ensure smooth and accurate processing of transactions. You will be coaching and developing your team members and work closely with other departments at Ework, as well as external stakeholders, to reach our goals and objectives. You will be part of the leadership team for Shared Delivery and report to Head of Shared Delivery & Business Planning.
In the leadership role you will set direction, inspire and coach your employees – as a team and as individuals. You will make sure that they have the right prerequisites, support and feedback to succeed.
You are responsible for the driving the development to achieve a successful functioning unit from each stakeholder’s perspective and to set long- and short-term goals aligned with Ework’s and Shared Delivery’s overall strategy and goals. You will continuously follow-up and analyze performance, and keep an ear to the ground to identify, plan for and ensure implementation of improvement initiatives as required.

To succeed in the role, you have experience from successfully leading customer service operations, you have a financial background, experience within Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable including payments, preferably from a client facing role. Previous experience of personnel and budget responsibility is a merit.
We believe that you have experience from working in an ERP system and Case Management tools. You are also well oriented in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Professional level of English and Swedish is required.
