This is a temporary position.
The Care GTM Range Marketing Manager will as part of the Care Experience Marketing Team be a leader in driving key commercial range launch projects starting with the Marketing Business Brief and ultimately ensuring an impactful market launch. Working closely with Product Category teams, the Content Team, the Consumer Engagement Team, Trade Marketing Operations and Sales, this is a key position ensuring that our new range of products and digital experiences are launched with impact vis a vis trade and consumers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
He/she:
· Leads the commercial launch range projects, incl. briefing of touchpoint owners, content team, etc. and conducting milestone reviews to ensure quality and timeliness of marketing deliverables.
· Ensures full alignment with PL Categories and R&D on execution through joint PDCL milestones
· Coop with Brand to ensure strong linkage between Care Experience marketing & implementation of brand VBI.
· Together with Events team, ensures that our product story-telling and experiences come alive at B2B launch event as well as key trade fairs (IFA, etc)
· Builds plans together with Trade Marketing and Sales to secure right prioritization, plan alignment and KPI setting / follow-up.
· Coops closely with Content Team and the Consumer Engagement Teams to ensure local implementation of central plan and assets.
· Executes internal launches of range launches to drive understanding and excitement.

Minimum Requirements
· Relevant Bachelor or Master's Degree
· Solid experience in marketing and/or commercial areas and/or product development (ideally in more than one function)
· fluent in English, any other language is a plus
