Guarantee Specialist

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Online travel Agency who are looking to recruit Guarantee Specialist for their Brno offices.



Position: Guarantee Specialist

Location: Brno, Czech Republic

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + quarterly bonuses.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Point of contact for the customers in case of unexpected air travel emergencies
Ensure that a favorable resolution is achieved both for the customers and the Company
Provide vital support and reassurance to customers every step of the journey
Communicate with customers using various channels (via phone call, email or chat)
Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.


REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in English, both oral and written
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Holder of EU Passport (no visa sponsorship available)
Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills
Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email, social media, etc).
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Empathic, polite, and people oriented personality with the ability to be firm and assertive when needed
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
Customer oriented role experience will be considered as an advantage
Academic degree will be considered as an advantage.
