The Role:
We're on the hunt for a Guerrilla Software AI Engineer - a rare breed of engineer who combines the spirit of innovation, the skill of a hacker, and the tenacity of a guerrilla warrior. Responsibilities:

Implement cutting-edge AI models and algorithms that defy conventional limits.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, machine learning, or a related field. Exceptional candidates without a degree but with proven track records are also welcome.

Demonstrable experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.

Proficiency in multiple programming languages (C/C++, Go, Rust, Ada, assembly varieties etc.) and familiarity with AI.

A hacker's mindset with a guerrilla's adaptability - not afraid to take unconventional paths to achieve goals.

Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of thinking outside the box and tackling challenges head-on.

A track record of successful, innovative, and impactful projects in software development.

Strong communication skills, both for internal collaboration and for presenting revolutionary ideas.


Value-added Qualifications:

Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Familiarity with Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI services and data processing can be beneficial for scalable projects.

Contributions to Open Source Projects: Active participation in open source projects, especially those related to AI, machine learning, or innovative software solutions, demonstrating a commitment to the community and collaborative innovation.

Experience with Distributed Computing: Understanding of and experience with distributed systems can be crucial for scaling AI solutions and handling large datasets efficiently.
