Your Role: Guest Relations Specialist
As a Guest Relations Specialist, you will be the one to welcome our visitors with a smile and make their experience memorable. You will be our face to the world and build strong relationships with our guests. You will rotate between the house's information desk/reception, our exhibition, our Volvo store, and our conference area. The role involves working shifts during both daytime and evenings, as well as weekdays and weekends.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly welcome visitors and guide them through World of Volvo.

- Answer questions and provide information about our products and the Volvo brand.

- Create a positive atmosphere and ensure that our visitors feel like part of our Volvo family.

- Resolve any questions or problems in a professional and friendly manner.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

- Ideally, be available to work at least 12 hours per week.

- Have the availability to work evenings and weekends.
