GUEST SERVICES

Qualifications:
- To be between 21 and 34 years old due to Visa Regulations
- Excellent English and fluent in a third language (in addition to the mother tongue)
- To have two years of recent Front Desk experience in a 4 - 5 * hotel
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral needed for relaying information to the guests
- Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasked environment
- To be flexible, team minded and to have an outgoing personality
- No visible tattoo or piercing allowed

Quick job facts:

As a Guest Services you will:
- Provide front desk services for all the guests
- Answering of calls received to the main switchboard; appropriately route calls
- Computer work for all guest transactions, cash handling and currency exchange
- Assist in any other areas of Guest Services, as required

The conditions:

- Have time off before, during or after shift, but no days off
