Guidewire Lead Business Analyst/ Portal BA

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Conduct gap analysis and made As-is-to-be diagrams to understand new business requirements and challenges in implementing new modules of Guidewire
• Drives the requirements process and advises the business on a specific, overarching business
domain/business process and/or application environment
• Conducted requirement elaboration workshops through open-ended discussions, brainstorming, and prototyping for the development and implementation
• Analyze Business Requirements and create User Stories, Use Case Diagrams, Navigation Flow, Business Flow Diagrams and Work Flow Diagrams for applications
• Reconciles overarching requirements in terms of required quality, scope, effort/cost estimation and identifies the resulting key requirements.
• Documents and aligns requirements to ensure business needs are met using a suitable IT solution.
• Walkthrough of the business requirements with the development and testing teams
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 15+ years of experience in Insurance Domain with 5+ in Guidewire – PC/BC/CC/ Enterprise Engage
• Experience in Nordic Insurance is preferred
• Guidewire and/or Insurance Certification is preferred
• Experience in Agile
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
