Now we are expanding our core insurance team with Guidewire expertise.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for conducted Scrum Daily standup, Involved in Product backlog refinement, Conceptual Sprint Planning, Sprint Planning, Team Capacity Planning, Sprint Review & Sprint Retrospective meetings
• Drives the alignment, evaluation and prioritization of identified overarching requirements of the respective business units
• Provides project support for all project-related tasks, especially for project administration and communication
• Follows up and reports on project progress and implementation as well as preparation of project meetings, workshops and documentation
• Uses and recommends project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking
• Sets up and provides assistance with project management software, procedures, processes, tools and techniques
• Supports the definition of project KPIs, e.g. velocity, burn-down and defect metrics
• Assists in organizing, conducting, and following up on project meetings
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 15+ years of experience in managing large Insurance Transformation Programs with 2+ in Guidewire
• Experience in Nordic/ European Insurance is preferred
• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management skills
• SAFe / Scrum Master/ Guidewire Certification is preferred
