Hair dresser / barber

We need a skilled and passionate hair dresser/barber who wants to take the next step up in their career with a growing business. We have a very strong and growing client base, a motivated team, a quality location and the ambition to give every one of our clients the best cut of their lives.

WHAT'S ON OFFER
· Money. We start with a very good base salary and add commission as you grow your client base with us.
Start salary: 200 NOK/hour (gross). After 1 year, commission/on-target earnings as a bonus, which gives up to 300 NOK/hour (gross).
· Easy hours. 37.5 hours over four or five days a week with no Sundays.
· Easy set up. We will help to arrange a work permit (EU/EEA or Switzerland only), housing and even help you arrange your own bank account.
Housing: we help you find an Air B&B flat at first, then if needed we help you find a long term rental and can contribute to the deposit.
· Great working environment. We would not be cutting if we were not having fun.
· Location. We are in Bodo: northern lights, fjords, glaciers, mountains and a growing town in which we are centrally located.

WHAT WE NEED
· A Barber who brings positive energy to his clients and team every single day.
· A passion for hair. Working to constantly improve.
· Excellent scissor and clipper skills. Beard trimming and wet shaving can be taught here.
· English or Norwegian / Swedish language skills.
· Barbershop or hair salon experience.
· An EU / EEA or Swiss passport, or a valid work permit in Norway (work visa sponsorship is not applicable)
