Description
As a HW designer you will work with design, implementation, documentation and test.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is part of the work.You will also participate in pre-studies and feasibility studies when needed.

To enforce our hardware development capacity, we are looking for young hardware designers with the ambition to grow and take responsibility.

Now we need competences to supply Telecom companies with knowledge in:

.Mechanical and Power design
.Lead and Implement design
.Draft and review product specification
.Experience working with fibre networks and optical switches
.Experience of hardware design for ADSL pots filter boards.
.Experience of RF design

Competence requirements
.Bachelor or master degree of first level University, major in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
.Good and comprehensive knowledge of Wireless Communication Network and Systems
.Excellent knowledge of design areas, mastering at least one of the areas analogue design, digital design, RF design, Cavity Filter design and PA-design etc.
.A minimum of 2 years experience of technical work within Telecom industry
.Strong communication and social skills
.Familiar working with common PC tools in English

.Quality and efficiency minded, result oriented and flexible
.Good interpersonal and social networking skills, to be a team worker is a must
.Good at taking initiatives and follow up issues
.Be able to work in an extremely fast pace, high-pressure environment
.Good technical writing, communicative skills and a high proficiency in English both oral and written
