Hardware Electrical & Electronics Engineer B

Position Overview:
As a Hardware Electrical & Electronics Engineer B, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical and electronics components and systems for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of hardware components, contributing to the development of high-quality, reliable, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test electrical and electronics hardware components and systems for a variety of projects.
Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical and electronics components.
Create and review electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams.
Select appropriate components and materials for hardware designs, considering cost, performance, and reliability.
Perform hardware troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Conduct electrical testing, verification, and validation to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source components and materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development throughout the entire lifecycle.
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Document hardware designs, processes, and test results.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware electrical and electronics engineering or a related role.
Proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Cadence).
Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit design, and PCB layout.
Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
Experience with hardware testing equipment and measurement tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
