Hardware-engineer

Svep Design Center is looking for a hardware engineer to join our colleagues at the Lund office.

We are looking for someone who has a strong technology interest within the field of electronics. You are passionate about electronics, inventing, and developing new products. We think that you have worked within your field for a couple of years and have fine-tuned your skills into the next level.

You like to collaborate and share your knowledge and the best thing you know is to work with a group of likeminded that are interested in technology and excited about the latest innovations.

If you have any special interest or skills in other areas we are excited to hear about them, we encourage our colleagues to develop both the skill of coding as well as their knowledge in other domains like Audio, RF, Radar, Ultrasound, EMC and similar.

Job / Skills

In the role as a Hardware Engineer you will join our in-house development team and work with advanced embedded electronics development. We work with consumer, industrial as well as medical devices development.

We think that you have the following skills

- Experience with design capture tools (like Altium, PADS, Eagle, Cadence)
- Experience with circuit design and PCB layout
- Experience with analog and digital design
- Experience within EMC considerations
- Familiar with manufacturing processes of embedded systems
- Experience with tools like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
- Hands on experience with soldering and prototyping
- Fluent in English
