You will be working with a group of tech enthusiasts, who are on the cutting edge of developing modern Automower technology for the consumer market, passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible. About the role:
The development department for robotic lawnmowers is in intensive development and growth and is currently looking for an electronics designer. The products that they work on here, the robotic lawnmowers, is a complex autonomous system. We are talking about a high-tech machine, with a brain made up of software, electronics, and mechanics. And with it, they revolutionize the way their customers take care of their lawns.
From brainstorming to production; you'll be involved in the entire electronics development chain, designing and testing new systems with your team. Your work will include designing electronics, schematics, simulations, and circuit board construction. You'll also commission prototypes, troubleshoot, and make modifications to help prepare for high-volume production at the subcontractors and production factories.
As part of your role, you'll be working with all kinds of cool tools and techniques - like motor control, sensors, and the latest in wireless communication tech - Wifi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and 4G. And that's not all! You'll also get to flex your AI and camera skills while experimenting in some seriously impressive electromechanics. You'll also be part of the team responsible for EMC tests and certification testing.
