For this long-term assignment, we are looking for someone who will play a major role in developing ALTEN’s growth and partnership with one of our biggest clients. You will be supporting hardware design and hardware selection out of safety perspective in evaluations together with skilled Architects and Safety Managers with different skills and background at ALTEN, and will therefore have a close collaboration with stakeholders, the ALTEN IT Business Unit and ALTEN’s Technical Unit Management Team.


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Prototype Development of system and platforms
Integrating sensors, actuators etc.
Supporting the hardware selections through evaluation to requirements
Supporting in Safety Analysis, Risk Assessments and Hazard Analysis
Assisting in HW Design Selection of technologies for the implementation of each component and connections between the components
Writing project documentation and its support

IT IS THEREFORE REQUIRED THAT YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
Experience in developing electronics systems
Experience in safety critical applications
Experience in Verification, System and module level
Experience in Developing sensor and actuator applications
Experience in QA or Requirement
Experience in developing test systems
Experience in Hardware Design / Selection
Documented practical skills in low voltage electric interconnection
Documented practical skills in electrical measurements
Documented practical skills in troubleshooting
Good command of English language
Academic degree in science

MERITORIOUS SKILLS:
Experience in IP-network communication
Experience in Software Design in embedded environments
PLC / Sensors
Simulink
OpenVPX
Scada
Train or Aviation domain knowledge
Experience in Development within SIL 2-4 requirements
