You will work with our customers products, developing next generation wireless products. Today, the team consists of two software developers, and now we want to expand to include a Hardware Product Developer.

Tasks
Re-design a customer’s pre-existing hardware and add one of Lumenradio’s RF modules, which includes schematic design and hardware layout
Hardware verification on prototypes
Troubleshooting a faulted hardware
Certifications, perform measurements in RF-lab to verify compliance to the relevant standards
Project management of hardware related topics of a project
Industrialization, working with our EMS to put products in high volume production

The Engineering Partner team at LumenRadio is focused at facilitating engineering services for our existing and new customers. The idea is to help our customers to decrease time to market for their IoT products using our technology. The focus will be inhouse hardware development projects, towards our customers. Projects could include working on the next revision on a pre-developed hardware all the way to design of a completely new PCB for a customer’s upcoming product.
Responsibilities
Be part of the entire hardware development loop, form requirements to verified product
Hardware schematics and layout design
Production / Industrialization, with focus of making it easy to produce designs
Hardware verification
Drawing up requirement specifications
Breaking down system requirements to hardware requirements
Lead the project development from start to finish

Qualifications
Proven experience and knowledge of hardware design, both schematic and layout
Worked with hardware design tools
Experienced in hardware design with an RF-focus
Experienced in hardware verification
Minimum BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field
Fluent in English, both oral and written, preferably Swedish as well
Project leading skills

Big bonus
Designed RF solutions, antenna matching etc.
Software development skills
