This is a consulting assignment starting at the middle of may that lasts until december 2021. You will be employed by Jefferson Wells but work for our client with premises in Luleå. The service is full time and your working hours are 8-17 on weekdays. During the current pandemic, however, part of work may be on remote.
To work as a Hardware support administration consultant
Connected technologies, SKF, is looking for a Hardware support administration consultant to assist us on how we manage and improve our cooperation with our Repair partner.
SKF offers repair and calibration services to our customer, you would be responsible to administrate and improve how we work with our internal processes and our way of working with our External repair partners.
You will work in a global team, supporting both our Sales colleagues but also be managing parts of cooperation with our repair partner.
Main tasks and responsibility
You will need to be a fantastic communicator, confident in liaising with external suppliers and internal teams. You will also need good numerical skills and an eye for detail not afraid to tackle challenges hands on.
Your main task ar among others:
* Loaner administration for countries not covered by EMEA hubs
* Repair Authorization Verification
* Third party repair SPOC
* Verify thirrd party invoices
* Spare parts management with 3:rd party repair to SKF service centers and Sales offices
* Receive handover tasks from SKF Repair centers
* Sales support for Handhelds transferred to 3:rd party
* Process owner/change Responsible for Service and repair within Connected technologies
Qualifications
* Office admin skills
* Process management skills
* Data literacy - strong numerical reasoning
* MS Office competency, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Good interpersonal skills, especially to be able to communicate externally with partners and internally with colleagues
* Good time management and organisational skills to meet timescales and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* Problem-solving abilities
* Hands on mentality
* Customer-focused
* Self-motivated
* Flexible and adaptable
* Good computer literacy
* Some previous experience in supply chain or procurement desired
* +5 year working experience
* Highly proficient in spoken and written English require
Meritorious
* Supply Chain management experience
* Repair activity/Spare parts handling
* Worked in SAP or equivalent
* Spanish
