Torex is looking for a person to be responsible for the delivery of proactive transactional and consultative HR services towards the 4 countries in the Nordic region.You will be located in Årsta, Stockholm and will be reporting to HR Director Continental Europe, based in Berlin, Germany.You will be a part of the Nordic management Team and interact in the daily business with them.This is a new position and the tasks will vary from high to low.You will also be dealing with a lot of basic HR issues and it's therefore important that you enjoy to work "hands on".There have been a lot of changes within Torex the last year and you must like to work in a changing environment.Main responsibilities: . Delivery of professional advice to the Nordic organization in all HR-related matters .Develop and implement local HR processes/improvements in all areas such as corporate guidelines, organization charts, headcount tracking overviews . Subject matter expert in the areas of: All local employment laws, regulations and practices; including labour laws on dismissals & employee conflicts . Manage and/or support & coordinate recruitment activities in the Nordic region in a structured way . Coordination and implementation locally of global projects and tools, promotion of regional and global program . Data entry and maintenance of all relevant data . Benchmarking of all aspects of compensation and benefits . Main point of contact for the compensation and benefits specialist in UK with respect to remuneration topics .Implementation of relevant policies, determined by local or global needs . Maintenance and continuous up-dating each kind of employment contracts . General HR administration Profile: .University education with specialisation in HR, Business Administration or equivalent .Some years (3-4) with proven experience across all of the key HR disciplines, comfortable working both operationally and strategically . Experience from an international environment preferable UK or US based . Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and oral and ideally one additional Scandinavian language . Very good computer skills (MS Office products) . Prepared to travel within the Nordic region .
