Your role as If's HCSM will span from being responsible for the corporate strategy and policies within human capital systems and e-learning to actual implementation in day to day business.Other central parts will be to identify, coordinate, and optimise synergies between the business areas as well as making sure that systems support the competence process and is aligned with If's strategy.You will work in close co-operation with the corporate competence manager and together with him support the organisation with appropriate guidelines and tools. Required competence: . High level of knowledge of HR-processes . Deep experience of competence development within a competitive industry, preferably within professional services . Experience of implementing systems, preferably HCM (human capital management) or HR systems . Previous project management and proven track record of successfully implementing larger processes . Preferably knowledge and experience of e-learning both from a technical perspective as well as from a user's view . International/Nordic experience is required Your profile: . Analytical and structured . Academic degree .
