HC Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HC Developer to join our dynamic team. As an HC Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients in the healthcare industry. Your primary focus will be on developing innovative applications and systems that streamline healthcare processes and improve patient care. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and test software applications using industry best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems and APIs.
Implement data integration and interoperability solutions to enable seamless exchange of healthcare information.
Ensure software quality by conducting thorough testing and debugging of applications.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the healthcare industry, and make recommendations for their integration into projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve software solutions.
Document software design, architecture, and implementation details for future reference.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within specified deadlines.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a software developer, preferably in the healthcare domain.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with web application development frameworks and technologies (e.g., Spring, .NET, Django).
Familiarity with database management systems, SQL, and data modeling.
Knowledge of healthcare standards and protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is highly desirable.
Understanding of security and privacy considerations in healthcare software development.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
