Son Spa is located in beautiful surroundings where the old boat building factories in Soon once where located.

Son Spa is not only a Spa resort, but also a large F&B house with different outlets and concepts. Amongst others we have a large a la carte restaurant, food studio, room service and one the best hotel breakfasts in the country. Additional we have an amazing outdoor terrace, bar and kitchen - located right next to the sea. You will not get closer to a beach club at the Riviera than this.

Son Spa have been on a development journey since we acquired the hotel at the turn of 2017/18. The hotel is today rated as one of Norway's best hotels, but our journey is not done.

We have ambitions to further develop our gastronomic profile, where the sea will have a significant impact on our menu platforms. Our concepts must be imbued with quality, inspired by international cuisine, but with local ingredients as much as possible. At the same time, we must also serve classics, in a way only the best hotels in the world do. Development of new menu platforms applies to everything from A la Carte menu, conference & banquet menus, as well as exciting breakout concepts and event menus.

As part of the desired further development, we are in the process of establishing a new A la Carte kitchen, which also features an Asian-inspired part. Sushi and sashimi will be included in the menu platform, and the specialist team

Son Spa is now looking for someone who can take us to the next level on our gastronomic journey. You must be a highly skilled food connoisseur, but must also possess really good management and coaching skills.

The position is part of the hotel's management team and, together with the F&B manager, will report directly to the hotel's GM.

You are/have:

-Experience from international cuisine -- as well as nordic
-Good management skills
-Creative abilities and is modern thinking
-Ability to implement new gastronomic profiles in collaboration with the GM and NHG
-Large work capacity
-Quality assuring structures
-Good organizational skills
