We are looking for that someone who will ensure an excellent user experience for Epiroc employees in core HR applications through innovative and flexible system solutions and a rapid, outstanding service and support. Someone who thrives to empower a digitalized, proactive and automated way of working and who at the same time gives excellent support to our Global HR Process and System Specialists to maximize the business performance by being knowledgeable for integrations and automation of SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) with other Epiroc applications.

Your mission
As our Global HR Analyst in System Integration you will, together with Global HR Process and Systems Specialists, drive digitalization through integration and automation to meet roadmaps and business strategies. You will be an important part of all steps included in systems integration such as reviewing and approving requests, drive activities to develop, configure and document integrations as well as monitoring to secure a stable environment. To guarantee GDPR compliance and audit traceability you will ensure easily controlled and tracked integrations.

As you are a very cooperative and committed team player you will do your best to review, create, test and implement new inbound and outbound integrations as well as SAP SF releases and other functionalities in close cooperation with different stakeholders.
While using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies you will continuously analyze and improve processes and ways of working. You initiate and participate in pilots, sub-projects and/or business collaborations with the aim to develop and/or build system solutions and/or product developments. Through active collaboration with HR colleagues all over the world you act as One HR and you actively contribute to the development of the Global Center of Excellence HR.

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You also have experience from working in project management and with cloud-based HR systems and integrations in a global context. You are proficient in Microsoft office 365 and SharePoint and you’re fluent in English. Working with system integrations is your area of expertise, your analytical skills and experience from complex calculations combined with your very good knowledge of SAP SF Integration Center, Odata API and CompoundEmployee API makes you a perfect fit for this role.

Further knowledge and experience that is necessary for you to succeed in this job is working with file formats CSV, XML and JSON as well as with PGP, OAuth 2.0 and other file encryptions. You also need experience from working with SFTP, REST and SOAP. If you have knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration and Intelligent Services as well as experience creating custom logic in lines of code through Groovy scripts, that’s a plus. It’s a good thing if you have basic knowledge of IBM and Microsoft integration products and platforms too.
